During this trying time, we extend our sincerest gratitude to the organizations on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. As we continue the fight against the virus, our greatest concern is the health and safety of our clients, associates, and communities. And while we aren’t able to have a direct impact on COVID-19 patients and their families, we’re doing all we can to support our healthcare partners.

Pivotal product updates.

Our goal is to arm clients with the information and insight necessary to protect themselves from revenue cycle risks. Our COVID-19 product enhancements empower clients to overcome COVID-related challenges, and maintain seamless business operations in an unprecedented healthcare environment.

Edit suite expansion.

Since March 2020, we have delivered over 8,000 additional edits to clients, strengthening their efforts to properly bill claims specific to COVID-19.

Enterprise Reporting additions.

Within the Enterprise Reporting application, clients now have the ability to view claims billed with a COVID-19 diagnosis (by claim type) and claims billed for COVID-19 testing (by claim type), with several filtering and grouping options.

Claims Analytics enhancements.

Since the initial surge in COVID-19 cases, Claims Analytics has been updated to offer additional data sheets to users, with new releases occurring regularly. Using insight from the application, clients can better understand the financial impact of COVID-19, predict the recovery curve, and determine the appropriate path forward for the financial well-being of their organization.
