The SSI Group Brings an Immersive Revenue Cycle Experience to HFMA Annual Conference 2026

The SSI Group unveiled a bold, interactive experience at the HFMA Annual Conference 2026, bringing healthcare finance leaders an immersive new way to explore revenue cycle challenges, outcomes, and what’s next for the industry. 

At the center of SSI’s presence was a one-of-a-kind, interactive experience designed to guide attendees through the full revenue cycle, from patient access and claims through remittance and financial performance. The experience invited providers to step into a dynamic journey where they could explore common friction points, evaluate solution paths, and see how smarter, more connected operations can lead to increased revenue, more timely payments, and reduced cost to collect. Participants could also see in real time the value of lowering the costs of claims administration.

HOLOGRAM EXPERIENCE
Attendees also had the opportunity to step into the future with SSI through an interactive hologram experience, where they stepped into the hologram itself and connected with our team as conversations around revenue cycle performance came to life.

SSI also announced a strategic partnership with Janus Health to introduce Enhanced Claim Status, an intelligent claim status solution. It provides line-level claim detail, enabling health system revenue cycle teams to identify, route, and resolve claims faster than ever before. 

DR.DIANA ALLEN FEATURED SESSION 

Dr. Allen presented at the HFMA Annual Conference, where she addressed some of the most pressing challenges facing healthcare finance today, including rising operational complexity, persistent denials, workforce strain, and the growing cost to collect across the revenue cycle. Her session focused on why many organizations continue to see collection costs rise despite ongoing investment, and how automation is enabling a shift to prevention, reducing reliance on manual intervention, and creating more capacity for staff to focus on higher-value work.
