- Tara Besack joins as Senior Vice President, Client Relations. Tara is a dynamic and results-oriented healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence across the healthcare industry. As a registered nurse, she brings a deep, patient-centered perspective and a relentless passion for advancing meaningful, systemic change in healthcare. Tara is responsible for leading the company’s client engagement strategy, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving long-term client satisfaction.
- Carol Romashko joins as Senior Vice President, Marketing. She brings a wealth of healthcare revenue cycle and B2B marketing strategy experience to SSI. As the head of marketing, Carol will oversee the company’s marketing initiatives, focus on improving the buyer and customer experience, and help the company achieve its revenue goals.
- Lori Brocato promoted to Senior Vice President, Growth Strategy. Lori is a proven healthcare information technology professional, accomplished in creating product lifecycle plans and executing product market strategies for leading edge healthcare EDI, revenue cycle management, and healthcare data exchange applications. Lori’s new role plays a critical role in identifying and shaping the future of the company’s product portfolio through strategic market discovery, innovation partnerships, and competitive intelligence.
- Tracey Tillman promoted to Senior Vice President, Product Management. Steeped in the hospital information technology field, Tracey has experience with both clinical and revenue cycle areas in helping to reduce risk, improve financial exposure, and increase their ability to help patients and achieve patient satisfaction. Tracey will manage SSI’s provider revenue cycle solutions and product operations.
