Chip Dickson joins as Chief Technology Officer;
Rich McGinn promoted to Chief Growth Officer
March 6, 2025 (Mobile, AL) – The SSI Group, LLC, (SSI) today announced strategic leadership changes aimed at demonstrating the company’s investment and focus on technology and customer growth to be positioned for stronger long-term competitiveness.
The company’s product engineering management division, led by Jason Huff, Chief Information Officer, added Chip Dickson as Chief Technology Officer in July. With nearly three decades of IT experience, Chip has a proven track record of driving technological advancements and optimizing IT infrastructure. At The SSI Group, he oversees the strategy, selection, and deployment of industry-leading infrastructure and cybersecurity technology, including managing the data center technology strategy for the SSI clearinghouse and solutions.
SSI’s growth and expansion will be managed by Rich McGinn, Chief Growth Officer, reporting directly to Diana Allen, PhD, Chief Executive Officer. Rich has a deep understanding of hospital and health system revenue cycle management, patient access, and clinical software. In his new role, Rich will identify and implement new strategies, revenue streams, and expansion opportunities to achieve SSI’s goals. Recognized as trusted advisor by CEOs and health system leaders, his true passion is helping hospitals and health systems improve their financial and operational efficiency and securing every dollar they are owed with SSI solutions.
