James M. Lyons

James M. Lyons joined The SSI Group, Inc. in 1997 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until his retirement in 2020. During his tenure, he played a critical role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation and supporting its continued growth, previously serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining SSI, Mr. Lyons served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Riverside Manufacturing Company from 1995 to 1997, and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ryan Walsh, Inc. before 1995.

Mr. Lyons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of South Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant. His disciplined leadership and financial expertise helped advance SSI’s long-term stability and success.
