SSI Claims Direct Now Available
SSI is offering the ability to upload your 837 electronic claims immediately* once registration and contracting are completed.

SSI Claims Direct allows healthcare providers to electronically submit hospital and physician claims. Sign up, then upload your 837 files through the SSI portal. SSI will send confirmation (999) that the claim was received by the payer or a rejection notice (277) with the reason.
All file submissions must include the SSI payer ID/sub ID, be in the 837 format, and adhere to the HIPAA-required formatting guidelines.
