The SSI Group Releases ClickON® AllNet ASP-Based Claims Management Technology Designed for Maximizing Cash Flow through the Web
Mobile, Alabama, January 9, 2007 - The SSI Group, Inc. (SSI), a healthcare electronic data interchange (EDI) company, today announced the release of ClickON ® AllNet, an application service provider (ASP)-based healthcare claims management solution for healthcare facilities of any type including hospitals, physician practices, clinics and surgery centers. Also included with ClickON AllNet are comprehensive solutions for eligibility verification, medical necessity/compliance checking, electronic remittance advice and enterprise reporting.
SSI provides connectivity through ClickON Technology to a wide variety of commercial and government healthcare payers, including Medicare, utilizing its EHNAC-certified Clearinghouse/Data Center and the industry’s first direct-to-payer claims submission solution.
At the heart of AllNet is ClickON ASP (Applications Service Provider), an ASP-based claims management solution that was launched in 2000 as the first of its kind in the industry. SSI developed such additional vertical products as ClickON Net Eligibility to supplement the claims processing capabilities of ASP. Now, these ASP products are packaged under the brand of ClickON AllNet as a single system to provide a complete ASP cash flow solution.
“SSI has extensive experience developing and implementing ASP claims management technology for the healthcare industry with more than 300 customers on our ASP platform alone,” said SSI Vice President of Marketing Ray Payne. “As part of our comprehensive cash flow products, AllNet blends ClickON cash flow technology with the efficiencies of the Web for a simple method of integrating multiple claims management tools.”
AllNet is an extension of SSI’s full claims cycle solution and 20 years of experience in providing outstanding solutions to a broad range of healthcare facilities of every size. Other products will be added to AllNet’s product portfolio during the course of 2007 to take advantage of Web-based document management capabilities, enhanced reporting functionality and an expanded denial management offering.
“We’re proud that our products have helped our clients be fiscally successful for nearly 20 years using our claims management tools,” Payne said. “By continuing to take advantage of the latest in technology, we’ll ensure that our clients maintain that level of success in dealing with the HIPAA transactions that impact their fiscal operations today.”
SSI’s ClickON Technology facilitates HIPAA transactions for claims (837I&P), eligibility request/response (270/271), claims status request/inquiry (276/277), remittance advice (835) and precertification/authorization (278). ClickON’s workflow capabilities automate the healthcare revenue cycle, enabling processing tasks to be accomplished in less time by fewer people.
Benefits derived from this seamless integration of technology and workflow include eliminating the reformatting of electronic data, reducing redundant data entry and increasing data validation and reporting. SSI also offers an extensive payer offering with more than 800 available payers, representing thousands of health plans. |
